Can I book a last minute cabana or party rental?
Yes! But our booking calendar is set up to accept reservations 48 hours in advance. If your desired rental date is not available to book online, please text or call us and we will manually set up your reservation based on availability!
Can I rent beach games and essentials without booking a cabana?
- In order to keep our entertainment pricing affordable, beach games and essentials are reserved for our cabana guests only. These items can only be booked alongside any cabana rental.
Is there a check-in / check-out procedure?
All rental items are your responsibility during your selected reservation times.
- Our team will send you a text when your cabana is set up and ready! The text will include a link via Google Maps to provide directions to your exact location on the sand!
- Please check- in by texting us when you arrive at your cabana and let us know if there are any concerns with your rental items.
- Your Cabana will be picked up at your scheduled departure time. If you intend to depart the beach early, please send us as soon as possible so we can send a driver to collect your items.
Can I pick a specific location on the beach for my cabana to be set up?
Yes! If you have a specific location in Oceanview or Chic's Beach, let us know in the comment section during checkout! We will try to get your cabana as close as possible to your chosen location! Location requests should be as close as possible to a beach entrance.
Our party decided to stay longer. Can we extend our cabana hours to after 5pm?
Yes! Please try to notify us by 3pm on the day of your rental if you need to extend your reservation time beyond 5pm. Cabanas and party rental extensions after 5pm will incur a $25 charge per hour for any portion of an hour over your allotted time from 5pm to 8pm.
When is payment due?
- Half of your reservation total will be due at booking. This is used as your security deposit to secure your reservation date.
- The other half will be charged to your card on the day before your scheduled reservation date.
Will my security deposit be returned if I cancel my reservation?
- Security deposits are refundable if reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to your specific reservation date and time.
- Security deposits are NOT refundable if reservations are not canceled 7 days prior to your specific reservation date and time, but can be used as a credit towards cabana or party rentals for up to one year.
What if the weather causes me to cancel?
- Please keep track of the weather at least 7 days prior to your reservation date. We do not automatically cancel reservations for any reason unless wind gusts are in excess of 15 - 20 miles per hour.
- Weather related cancelations made by the customer or Havana Cabana after the 7 day full refund period can be used as a credit towards cabana or party rentals for up to one year from the date of your canceled reservation date.
Are your rentals regularly cleaned?
All rentals will be regularly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have concerns with any rental items you received. We will work diligently to deliver immediate replacements of concerning items or issue you a refund depending on the circumstances.
Can my Cabana be set up somewhere else besides the beach?
- Yes! We can deliver, set up, and collect beach cabanas and event rentals at your residential or vacation address, or the venue where your party is taking place. We do ask that you keep all beach equipment at the confirmed residential/vacation address or at the beach only. Please do not bring our beach equipment to any park or event without prior approval.
Do delivery drivers and installers work for tips?
- Yes! Like most delivery platforms, our delivery drivers are paid a base rate + tips. Tipping your delivery driver or install team is completely up to you! Please show our delivery drivers some love if you appreciate their services! Just check the back of your reservation tag for a QR code to tip your driver directly!
Why are cabanas with canopy tents and party tent gazebos not offered for customer pickup or doorstep delivery?
We do not offer doorstep delivery or allow customer pickups on any cabanas or party rentals which include canopies or tents. Our set up team must ensure proper installation for the safety of everybody around. Therefore, our beach Cabana Savannah, Cabana Aliya Setups and party tent gazebos must be delivered, set up and collected by us.
